The short and intense workouts have been a game changer for me in terms of recovery. But hereвЂ™s the thing вЂ“ IвЂ™m not really sacrificing that much. With the Rest-Pause Method IвЂ™m often in and out in 40-50 minutes.Д®ven if I have to sacrifice a little bit of weight on the bar in order to save massive amounts of time вЂ“ thatвЂ™s a trade IвЂ™m willing to make. I wanna be in and out of the gym in 60 minutes.

The days of 2 hour workouts are over for me.

I have two full time businesses and 3 kids. And thatвЂ™s really my favorite aspect of the Rest-Pause method вЂ“ itвЂ™s a massive time saver in the gym. At worst вЂ“ strength stayed about the same as with a more traditional approach.Д«ut even in a worse case scenario (no real substantial increases in strength) strength & muscle were maintained in a fraction of the time. And with gains in strength, come increases in muscle size.
